How we work

The same four steps apply whether it is a single item or a standing monthly order.

How an order moves through Conscenic

  1. Source

We buy from authorised refill plants, manufacturers, distributors and verified sources, after checking quotations, specifications and quality documents.

  2. Store and track

Organised storage, unique cylinder identification, SKU-level hardware stock and documented scrap grading, reconciled against our records.

  3. Sell and deliver

Direct B2B sales, doorstep delivery, scheduled replenishment, tender supply and export orders, confirmed with proof of delivery.

  4. Collect and reconcile

Cash, UPI and bank payment, approved credit terms and clear deposit accounting keep every account straightforward.

Our service promise

  • Transparent quotations with specifications and validity periods
  • Prompt order acknowledgement and realistic delivery commitments
  • Doorstep delivery in urban and rural areas, subject to safe transport, route and stock
  • Same-day delivery is our target in serviceable zones, not a guarantee everywhere
  • Cash on delivery or proof of delivery where agreed; credit only after approval
  • Support for repeat orders and a complaint register we act on

What we hold ourselves to

Quality and traceabilityWe buy from qualified sources and keep invoices, test records and cylinder or batch identifiers.
Safety and compliancePermissions, safe handling, storage and transport controls come first.
ResponsivenessWe support walk-in, on-demand, scheduled and institutional supply where feasible.
Responsible growthWe add stock, cylinders and tender work only when cash flow and controls support it.

Seemanchal: where the demand is

Fabrication, healthcare and food processing across four districts use cylinders every month. Many buyers depend on suppliers in other cities and see irregular supply and uneven prices. We are building local, responsive supply to close that gap.
