Where we are heading

We grow in stages. Each stage begins only when the one before it is working: reliable delivery, repeat customers, healthy margins and the right approvals.

  1. First 6 months

    Foundation

Confirm gas suppliers and compliance, launch a focused hardware and welding range, qualify first scrap sources and buyers, and prepare for GeM and IREPS.

  2. 6 to 18 months

    Regional scale

Expand serviceable routes, build recurring B2B accounts, grow scrap aggregation against confirmed buyers, and fulfil tender awards with adequate working capital.

  3. 18 to 36 months

    Multi-district

Extend coverage across Purnia, Araria and Kishanganj, develop multi-supplier arrangements and deepen industrial and institutional accounts.

  4. Longer term

    Strategic expansion

Evaluate wider Bihar and Eastern India distribution, larger contracts, a dedicated scrap yard and Indo-Japan gas-related concepts, subject to feasibility.
